Anaconda Basses Essence Series Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:
Delivery Window: Estimated delivery is between September–October 2026. Delays due to shipping/customs are rare but possible.
Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited-production nature of Anaconda Essence Series instruments, all pre-orders are considered final. Once the early-bird pre-order period has ended, deposits become non-refundable.
Customers electing to pay in full upfront understand that production slots, materials and components may be allocated immediately upon order confirmation. As such, full upfront payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Balance Payment (if applicable): If you choose the 50% deposit option, the remaining 50% is due prior to shipment. The 5% Early Bird discount applies only to pay-in-full orders during the Early Bird period.
Warranty: Your bass includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering materials and craftsmanship.
Customisation: Pre-ordered instruments are produced in fixed spec. No custom requests are accepted for this batch.
Shipping & Tracking: You will receive a tracking number when your bass ships. All instruments are securely packaged and insured.
