The Ultra J - Essence meets the demands of players who want access to the Award winning tone and playability of our Elite Series, but at an affordable price.  We teamed up with a top manufacturer in China to bring you instruments which we designed and are created to our exact specification, with great tone, playability and build quality in mind, at a price that won't break the bank.


The Essence series is designed to provide classic Jazz style tones, but with supreme punch, growl and note definition in the lower register, combined with even note dynamics up and down the neck, extended sustain in a familiar package.

    Anaconda Basses was founded in Feb 2013. In our relatively short existence, our basses have been generating a lot of interest and we already have quite a few endorsers of our basses.     Tone

    Anaconda Basses are designed to give players immediate and easy access to great tone, without having to spend time tweaking controls.  Superb note dynamics, sustain, definition and consistency.

    Playability

    Our Basses are carefully handcrafted to allow seamless integration with the players technique.  Extended cutaways and contoured neck heel to facilitate upper fret access.  Offset strap buttons for better instrument balance.  

    Aesthetics

    Our instruments are all designed in 3D software, which allows every aspect of the instruments design to be scrutinised from every angle.
